Managing index values
Importing values
You can import a set of values to one or more specific indices.
Note:
- The import file must be in CSV format.
- The data structure must match that of the target index.
- The decimal separator must be a decimal point.
- Values cannot exceed two decimal places.
- After loading the CSV file, configure the column separator and designate the target columns.
A pre-import report is generated for review.
The values are then imported into the index.
Note:
- You can import values for multiple indices from a single file.
- The same procedure and conditions apply.
For example:
Adding values manually
A window opens where you can add a new value to the selected index.
After confirming the entry, save the operation to apply the changes.
Deleting values
To remove values from an index, use Delete mode.
Using a specific index in Lease
The index you created appears in the list of available indices when indexing a contract.
Rents then follow the trend of the selected index.
