Managing index values

Importing values

You can import a set of values to one or more specific indices.

Note:

  • The import file must be in CSV format.
  • The data structure must match that of the target index.
  • The decimal separator must be a decimal point.
  • Values cannot exceed two decimal places.
  • After loading the CSV file, configure the column separator and designate the target columns.

A pre-import report is generated for review.

The values are then imported into the index.

Note:

  • You can import values for multiple indices from a single file.
  • The same procedure and conditions apply.

For example:

Adding values manually

A window opens where you can add a new value to the selected index.

After confirming the entry, save the operation to apply the changes.

Deleting values

To remove values from an index, use Delete mode.

Using a specific index in Lease

The index you created appears in the list of available indices when indexing a contract.

Rents then follow the trend of the selected index.
