Viewing Rental Commitments in the Application

A dedicated table allows you to track rental commitments for each contract. The table displays the rental commitments recorded at each accounts closing.

In the example below, at 31/12/2021, a total of €110,000 in rents remains to be paid. Rent due dates are broken down by the following columns:

Note: The table is updated automatically whenever an event occurs on the contract.

Analysing Rental Commitments in Web Analyzer

Rental commitment data is available in the Annex accounts, which can be read directly in Web Analyzer.

In the example below, at 31/12/2021, €110,000 remains to be paid, with the breakdown displayed by due date:

Note: To obtain an accurate view that reflects changes resulting from events, you must respect the chronological time sequence. In this context, the notion of period closing is particularly important.

Exporting Rental Commitments with Account Entries

To include rental commitments in an account entries export, complete the accounts mapping as shown below:

Note: Including rental commitment details in the account entries export is optional. The export will not be blocked if the mapping does not include a correspondence with the ANNEX accounts.
